We successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment and reinstatement project at Unit 1 Ashville Way, completing a range of internal and external dilapidation works to return the unit to a compliant, market-ready condition.
The project involved extensive landlord compliance and white box works, including the removal of redundant tenant installations, reinstatement of areas back to base build condition and upgrades throughout the office and warehouse accommodation.
