We successfully delivered a high-specification CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishment project at Bruntwood Enterprise Wharf, transforming multiple floors within this flagship innovation and workspace hub.

The project involved the redevelopment of approximately 20,000 sq ft of commercial space, including the remodelling of customer-facing areas, upgraded communal facilities and the creation of a premium gymnasium facility.

The completed refurbishment has enhanced the building’s amenities, improved tenant experience and provided flexible, modern workspace solutions for future occupiers.

PROJECT SCOPE

The refurbishment works were designed to modernise the building, improve tenant facilities and create high-quality flexible workspace. Our works included:

Full CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishment across multiple floors
Remodelling of ground floor customer-facing areas, including reception and meeting suites
Creation of a high-specification gym facility
Full strip-out and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems

Installation of new raised access flooring
Energy-efficient lighting upgrades throughout
Modern internal finishes and upgraded communal areas
Delivery of CAT A+ spaces to a fully equipped, plug-and-play standard

The project was delivered under a JCT Design & Build 24 Contract over a 16-week programme, with careful planning and coordination required to complete the works within a live operational building.
