Matt began his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has over 25 years' worth of experience in the industry. He has progressed through commercial and project management and head of facilities. Matt has worked with in all aspects of construction and facilities including design and build, refurbishments, fit-outs, maintenance, and frameworks.
Throughout this successful career, Matt has headed up fantastic teams and led transformation in the facilities departments for some blue-chip companies. He has gained several professional qualifications including a degree in Quantity Surveying and professional accreditations.
Matt highlights that during his career he was the head of facilities who successfully completed the new London office for The Very Group, working alongside the executive board to deliver the new office. With in his home life, Matt enjoys watching his beloved Everton, watching films and fishing. He loves spending quality time with his wife Beckie, daughter Ellie and sons Mason, Harrison and Jude.
Rebecca is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bodhi Solutions Ltd, with a strong focus on finance, compliance, and operations. She brings expertise in business strategy and a sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth processes.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys outdoor adventures, walking and staying active. As a mum of four, she values quality time with family, friends, and travelling the world.
