We successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment project at an existing industrial unit in Haydock, transforming the facility through a complete external envelope upgrade and high-quality internal improvements.

The project involved the full re-cladding of the building envelope, installation of a new roof system and the creation of modern office and welfare facilities.

PROJECT SCOPE

The refurbishment works were designed to enhance the building’s performance, improve occupier facilities and create a modern working environment. Our works included:

The project was delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract over a 16-week programme, with careful planning and coordination ensuring the works were completed safely, efficiently and within the agreed timeframe and budget.
