She has strong organisational and analytical skills, with a particular strength in creating structure, managing data and ensuring processes are kept accurate and up to date.

She is confident working across commercial and financial processes, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to keeping everything organised and running efficiently. She takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring payments, invoices and other commercial information are kept up to date.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys going to the gym and travelling . She is also currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Psychology, reflecting her passion for learning and developing her knowledge beyond her professional career.
