He plays a key role in supporting tender processes, managing contracts, and ensuring commercial activities align with project objectives.

At Bodhi Solutions, Ned oversees charge control, contract administration, and cost reporting, helping to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. His structured and practical approach, combined with best practice commercial principles, supports the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients.
