Phil brings over 35 years of experience in construction, shopfitting and refurbishment projects across the UK. Starting his career as an apprentice joiner, he progressed through site management and operational leadership roles to become an Operations Director before joining Bodhi Solutions as Senior Project Manager.

Phil specialises in delivering refurbishment projects within live operational environments, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. He holds SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely and First Aid qualifications.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys golf, crown green bowling and snooker and is always looking for innovative ways to improve project delivery and enhance the client experience.
