We successfully delivered the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Team Managers' Offices for a Premier League football club, creating a modern, high-quality and functional environment for the Manager, Assistant Manager, Goalkeeping Coach and Physiotherapy/Sports Science teams.

Delivered within a demanding two-week programme, the project required careful coordination of multiple specialist trades and finishes, including new flooring, ceilings, lighting, wall panelling, power alterations and a new fire-rated entrance door.

PROJECT SCOPE

The refurbishment included:

Strip-out and replacement of existing floor finishes, with new Interface and Milliken flooring
Alterations to floor boxes and power supplies to suit revised desk layouts
Removal and replacement of sections of existing ceilings, including new SANDILA Premium ceiling tiles
Installation of new DALI-compatible dimmable LED lighting

Repositioning of the existing projector using a new Unistrut support frame
Installation of new wall panelling
New FD60 veneered entrance door and frame to the Assistant Manager's office, including fire door signage and stainless-steel kick plates
