We successfully delivered the comprehensive refurbishment of Rider Levett Bucknall’s Sheffield headquarters, transforming an existing 15,000 sq ft office floorplate into a modern, high-quality workplace environment.

The project involved the complete strip-out of the existing accommodation, followed by the delivery of a full Category A and Category B fit-out.

The completed headquarters provides a flexible and contemporary working environment tailored to the client’s operational requirements, incorporating modern office facilities, collaboration areas and enhanced workplace amenities.

PROJECT SCOPE

The refurbishment works were designed to create a fully serviced, modern office environment while upgrading the existing building to meet current workplace standards. Our works included:

Complete strip-out of the existing office accommodation
Preparation and refurbishment of the base build to Category A standard
Delivery of a full Category B office fit-out
Installation of internal partitions, ceilings, flooring and finishe

Integration of architectural, mechanical and electrical services
Creation of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and workplace facilities
Testing, commissioning and final handover

The project was delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract over a 16-week programme, with careful planning, design coordination and proactive project management ensuring the works were completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
